XD Well, a lightbox is something that just helps you fix things that you yourself don't like about a pic till you feel happy with it :D It's all good, I was a newb too XD :heart:

well, for colored pencil to get depth you want to use at least 4 of the same colors, but different shades for each section. You then pick your light source and start with the darkest color first. You're going to layer on each section lighter and lighter till you have a nice gradient. When you're done doing that for each part, you just have to use a white colored pencil and layer that only where you want the brightest light so it'll change the color :D
For photoshop, you outline using the pen tool, and then just layer on the colors using layers :D Just keep in mind your light source :D The dodge and burn tool are my favorite thing to use
